Very high quality rolling carrier for the machine. Light/super/compact/well built! You might need one to lighten-up.

I appreciated the customer service, patient explanations & followup instructions when I couldn't get the machine to completely turn off. I called & the problem was quickly discovered-I had failed to turn off the power button on the back of the machine.

Thatcher and his team made my purchasing experience a breeze when it came to my purchase of a top-of-the-line oxygen concentrator. Not only did he help navigate the red tape of purchasing medical equipment, but I received the unit the very next day. I will do business with Thatcher when considering my future needs.

Called in about getting a new Concentrator. Found out we could trade the one that my husband has in on a new one. They would buy it back. This is what we done. He had his new one in a few days, before we ever sent the old one back. They are always there to help you and will call you back. Thank you. He loves this new one
