Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're sorry to hear about your frustration. For health and safety reasons, masks are a non-returnable item. This is standard across the industry. We understand this wasn't clear to you at the time of purchase, and we apologize for any confusion caused during the ordering process. As a one-time courtesy, and not something we are able to offer as a general policy, we have already processed a refund for your masks which will be reflected in your account within seven business days. We hope this helped resolve the matter, and if you have any further questions, please feel free to call us at 877-303-9289.

Inasmuch as it was my very first purchase and was not sure which was the best way to navigate this new experience. your company made it very easy. Would like to mention that Todd Gordon was extremely helpful.

The Inogen Rove 4 is quiet, provides 4 settings for oxygen use and is very light weight.
