I dealt with two people John, who was my sales person. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was a pleasure doing business with. The second [ sorry, forgot his name] was very helpful trying to see if I could still use my old concentrator, on the phone walking me thru things to try to no avail. Now, the but. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and didn't receive the new until Late afternoon Thursday. Long time to be stuck in the house
