John Paige knows his products. He was thorough, honest and listened. I was impressed. There was a high hurdle we both had to jump ( I’m referring to a doctor’s staff member who got out on the wrong side of the bed ). John helped me make it happen.

I spoke with Todd Gordon and he was very helpful through the whole phone call with me trying to get information for my elderly father. Todd followed through when he needed more information from the doctor and kept me informed of the shipment. It was an easy, pleasant experience.

We were on vacation when my husband’s concentrator quit working. Everyone at American Medical was so accommodating and helped me with an emergency shipment of a new concentrator that arrived the next morning. Thank you to all who made it happen.

Allthough we didn't keep the oxygenator because my husband was unable to use it we had a great experience with the company and the sales person. John Paige was wonderful and very knowlegable.
