Oxygen Concentrator StoreReviews of oxygenconcentratorstore.com

Great service and shipping. Price was good too! Very knowledgeable and professional sales people.

People were friendly helped me quickly

Your response to my call that the machine stopped working was very timely. My complaint is that the warranty although it replaced the machine it did not cover the cost to ship in a timely manner. Oxygen is not something that a person can wait for 3/weeks to receive via regular mail delivery. So in order to receive a necessity, it cost me 195.00. If my daughter was not in the position to aid me with this cost, I would have been immobile and stuck in the house waiting for receipt of the machine via general mailing processes. The warranty should include all cost, that is what a warranty is total replacement.

The sales person seemed relaxed and willing to take the time required to describe the machine to me. I live in Ontario Canada and this is the first time I have ordered anything on line. I was a little apprehensive if the concentrator would really come. It did and on the appointed day with all the necessary and promised parts. I am very happy with my purchase. Donna

Great customer support, special thanks to Katie Yeadon. But for the price you are charging you could have included 25'-40' of tubing, cost only $6 on Amazon, but I had to wait for that tubing several days. If you sell equipment which requires tubing in order to be used, why is that tubing NOT included? But at least Humidifier and 2 Cannulas were included, we were able to test it right away sitting next to the door of the room where the machine was running. My kitten got improvement since we started using this oxygen concentrator, he can play and run much more without shortness of breath, and his breathing rate went down to normal 25 time/min, we are very happy with the progress!

Having just been diagnosed with COPD I needed a oxygen generator for the house. Hooked up with Mars via the chat. In no time flat he gave me all the information I needed and an excellent price. He also rang my Dr to get a prescription for the purchase (I had no idea I needed one) I believe I had my new Claire 5 installed and operating in about 48 hours. Very impressed with sales techs at the Oxygen Concentrator Store...

I worked with Nick. He answered all my questions. Once the prescription was received by the physician, it was shipped immediately. Satisfied with service and knowledge.

Nick Vannatta - excellent sales rep, explained everything thoroughly and made it a very simple process
