Nick Vannatta was very helpful in helping us select the necessary concentrator. He also made purchasing and shipping easy as well. While we did not need assistance in getting it set up, I appreciate that he was ready to further assist at any time.

This was our first experience with my husband having to be on oxygen and it appears it is forever. I saw your company on the web wanting to purchase a POC. I received a call from Luke Corrick and he was more than knowledgeable about this type of machine and guided me all the way through. He was professional, extremely personable and really knew his stuff. I am very pleased with Oxygen Concentrator Store.

Luke made dealing with getting my mother her portable machine much easier despite the doctor being slower then molasses in the winter about confirming her prescription.

While travelling my POC gave out. Texted Nick on Sunday morning at 630AM, he texted right back. May arrangements to pick up new POC at the Denver location.

Rex was proactive in reaching out to me after I called asking about Inogen One G3 replacement machines. He let me know about the special and when it would expire and helped me to submit the necessary paperwork to order my Caire FreeStyle unit. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful AND he saved me money!
