I purchased the Eclipse Sequal 5 without the second battery, Had issues with battery charging from day 1, many calls with company they were courteous and responsive. Ended up calling parent company and they were able to resolve my issues, and called back Oxygen Concentrator store and they were very receptive to learning about the complicated issue so they can help customers in the future.

Ordered a new power cord for our portable concentrator, spoke with Jake. Got exactly what we needed, for a fair price, and recieved it before it was expected.

Jacob Solomon was very helpful, before and after the purchase. He gave me information and answered my questions. He was not pushing a sale which I appreciated.
