I had the privilege of dealing with Colton Smith. He was amazing every step of the way, telling me what he information he needed, which I obtained and sent to him right away. We had the concentrator in two days. He was absolutely amazing.

John was able to get to the heart of my issue by letting me know about turning in the receipt to my insurance. I honestly had never thought of that. He was also determined to help me, but not in a pushy was. Then, when I got to the store, John was out and Drew helped me. He answered my questions and was very helpful getting me set up. The receptionist was also helpful and made sure we were taken care of.
