I have been very impressed the Mars Batton. He is both knowledgeable and kind. I was disappointed that the columns did not last longer. It was my understanding that they would last a year but ours died in 4 months. Hope this doesn’t happen with the new ones.

This is a great store with excellent customer service. We were leaving for vacation when my portable oxygen concentrator was stolen out of our motor home. We did not discover the theft until Sunday afternoon. Having dealt with the Oxygen Concentrator Store before (and very pleased) I called them and sure enough they were open. I spoke with Bret and explained my situation. Bret was very helpful and told me to come over as he did have a portable continuous flow oxygenator available. Only problem was I was 2 hours away and they would be closed before I could get there. Bret stated no problem he would wait for me. Sure enough after driving 2 hours Bret was at the store waiting for me with a POC ready. He was very patient as he explained the machine to me and at no time did he attempt to rush us because the store was closed. This is above and beyond customer service. This was the 2nd time I had use this store in just a little over a year and both times they have been very helpful & knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store because you cannot find better customer service & product availability.

Customer service is excellent. Our Inogen stopped working. They immediately sent a shipping label. Promptly repaired our unit and shipped back to me. Even when I bought the unit about a year and half ago they were amazing and so helpful. Thank you!
