Very knowledgeable and very very nice. When I called they did not hesitate to find. Out the answer to my question. Could not work with anyone any nicer and informed of their product. 5 stars all the way. Great Job

Portable works great, it's the user with the problem. Where a home concentrator is continuous flow the portable is pulse. Take time to learn to use properly and you are going to LOVE it

UPS lost my order and to replace it I only had to pay for the shipping cost at a higher rate and they said they would handle the lost claim.
