Regrettably I have forgotten your associate’s name and it certainly deserves remembering. She had all the qualities that make a customer feel comfortable, courtesy, product knowledge and kindness. For a 75 year old with serious hearing and breathing (speaking) problems, those attributes mean a great deal! I would like to have the chance to meet her in person to thank her. Also, you have an excellent product.

You are extremely expensive. Purchasing product and services takes a large bite out of my budget.

Well, received the inogen concentrator on April 20, 2022. I put it together the next day. I read the manual and i was able to get it going. Sat with it on maybe a half an hour. On April 22, i was leaving the house so i put it on and pushed start. It came on and i set it to 3 since i was walking up steps. Before i got very far i heard a beep and saw the yellow caution light. I stopped and i turned the unit off. It said on screen shutting down. I have not been able to turn it on since. I tried with the power cord charger too. I have called the sales person Deborah Montelli twice. I called her on April 21st to tell her i thought we had talked about sending me the Inogen Gen 4 as it was the lightest. I had 1st asked her about the Gen 3 but said i wanted the lightest to carry. She said that would be the Gen 4. I received a Gen 3 and i wanted to discuss this with her. Never heard back. April 22 i called and left message again that the inogen concentrator was not working. I did not hear back. I feel i just need to return this concentrator to your company. I am disappointed.
