I had a great experience with the Oxygen Concentrator Store. Nick was very helpful answering questions and helping me try to get to the right oxygen level. He was clear about the return policy and the company did what they said they would do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering supplemental oxygen.

This would be 5 stars but in servicing my concentrator it would be nice to be able to make an appointment to have problems looked at... my concentrator is my only access to oxygen if I need it ( not on oxy 24/7 ) have to leave machine up to 2 weeks... My machine was fixed and I am very pleased with this company otherwise... I got my machine back in 1 week... Good job... I would recommend this company to anybody that is considering an oxygen concentrator
