I was very happy with the service and the machine. It arrived very quickly and had everything itemized including oxygen lines. My only negative comment was that there were no connectors included. I have to take from one machine that has lower values that I use for minimal activity in order to use this machine.

Thank you. I tried to reset my concentrator. I could not do it according to the instructions.is this going to cause a problem?

Hello Ronald, thank you for the feedback. If the sieve beds are installed properly, it'll not cause any problem with the functioning of the unit but an alert may come up.
