Wonderful, prompt service given to us on our recent need for concentrator repairs. Our machine was not working properly. We shipped it back in the origional box and within three weeks it was returned working perfectly. Can't beat that for service!

Communication with the client would have been very nice. We went about 1 month without a machine. Last time this happened a loaner was sent. The client was in several scary time periods when he had no air and the oxygen bottle did not suffice. I was disappointed in the lack of prompt service. When a patient is on oxygen 24/7 your put them in danger.

Everything moved smoothly with Oxygen Concentrator Store from when I first talked with the friendly and helpful sales rep, to receiving the interesting material and video that explained details about the Concentrator, to actually receiving the package after only 5 days since ordering it! My order or tubing and backpack came quickly, but there was a problem with the zipper. A work order was made by my representative, but I didn’t receive a call or voicemail within a couple days. As soon as I called the customer service line, however, they took care of the problem immediately and sent me a new working backpack for my concentrator.
