Personally, it didn’t work well for me. First impression was the smell … so so bad, but in saying that, I guess it can’t smell amazing due to active ingredients.. so I do understand. I don’t have thick hair, I had to keep it on for 10 mins (more than the recommended time) and it just removed patches of hair. I’m not giving up though, I’ll keep trying 💪

As many others followed on Instagram for a while before making a purchase of the set for a lot of money. The price of it put me off so I waited until there was money off. First times using it went well so I was pleased, reduced rash and redness. However used this before my holiday thinking it would be great so I didn't have to fork out for a wax. I wish I booked the wax before my holiday now. Used the set 24 hours before my holiday, it gave me irritation and razor rash (despite using Bye Bye Bush) and I felt self conscious throughout my holiday and was nervous to remove any growing hair. Despite continuing with the cleanser, in grown out and final touch it didn't get any better. I'm glad it was a one of purchase because I won't be purchasing again. And just to add to that bombarded my multiple emails about the best bikini line 😂 For those that make a one of purchase and whom it does work for there should be an option to buy the Bye Bye Bush on its own rather than an entire set again. Back to waxing I go!

I really liked this the first time I used it but every time I’ve used it since it was been more difficult and removed LESS hair. I like the product and it doesn’t irritate, but for my hair is only removed about 60% and then I have to use a razor to remove the rest. So it’s not as effective for me which kinda defeats the purpose. I guess my hair is just more stubborn.

I haven’t seen much difference yet but the main problem was that delivery took much longer than expected

As someone with sensitive skin I was fully expecting this product to fail but my skin actually really loved the product! The cleanser irritated my skin slightly but I am well aware that I have really sensitive skin and this this is an issue with me over the product. I did, however, have a lot of problems getting my product. First the final touch arrived with the bottom of the glass cracked meaning about 90% of the product got wasted. I contacted oyo about this and they sent me a replacement quickly except it was a replacement half the size. I then had to email again and they send me a partial refund of £5 which really doesn’t seem enough for (1) the hassle of the whole thing and (2) the fact I only got half of the product I ordered. The team were always really friendly to contact and I can appreciate sometimes things can go wrong that are out of their control. However, I’ve never went through so much hassle and still never received the product I actually ordered. I think as someone who has spend so much money trying to find solutions to her sensitive skin, I wouldn’t order again. It was just too much hassle and money for what I got.

Good products but the prices are high and a lot of email traffic. Have taken part in 2 surveys incentivised with a discount code, first code didn't work and then never received the second one. Emailed to ask about the first code and never received a reply.

Customer service is really good – when one of my products' bottles had smashed in the post and I emailed OYO about it, they were very quick to respond and to send out a replacement. However, I haven't found the products to make any difference to my intimate area, even after 4 weeks of use and following the recommended step-by-step guide for using the products. So, overall a bit disappointed that I spent so much money on this and it didn't work at all.

Make sure to request refund within 30 days as afterwards it is not possible!
