This Company is an absolute nightmare and I would seriously avoid them at all costs. They hold wages, even though the company has paid them, and there is absolutely zero way to contact them by phone, unprofessional. The company I work for are really looking forward to the contract with them ends.

I have username and password yet I can't log in unless I add work Google account to my personal phone as it is impossible to bypass SSO and use login credentials instead. This is a problem as I can only access payslips when on approved work device.

I don't recommend Oyster. Pathetic service. I have not received SWIFT payment in Feb'26. They didn't react well to track the payment. I received it after 20 days that too from an unknown source with unfavorable rate. The same issue is repeated this month too. I have been sending email after email but they hardly respond with useless detail. No Transparency - No Responsibility - No Traceability - that's what Oyster is all about.

This has been the worst HR agency we’ve worked with. contractual obligations were not respected. I would not recommend their services.

In breach of Belgian labor law, it took them nearly a month to send over the documents I needed to file for benefits and apply for other jobs after, after a reorganization. The consequence of this, is that the benefits filing takes another month to be approved, meaning I am without a means of supporting myself while bills are coming in. If you are advertising yourself as an intermediary, well-versed in a country's labor law, it would behoove you to uphold said labor law, instead of screwing over the people who are unlucky enough to have to put up with you as the intermediary.

They seem to be a scam, they sent me some malware software to do my test, my laptop is in a mess and I emailed them about this but no response.

The absolute worst company I've ever worked with. We started a call center in Mexico and we had issues with late payments, legally incorrect interpretations of termination rules under probationary periods, account manager left us and no one assigned to us for help. Bring your lawyers. You'll need them. Edit: I'm coming back to report that our Oyster contracts have broken Mexican law and now we must have this fixed immediately. The worst part is Oyster has no idea what the actual law is and confidently says false things. What a nightmare!

I worked under Oyster HR via one of their international partner arrangements and had a deeply disappointing experience after offboarding. Despite legally accrued PTO, they refused to pay the full amount owed to me, citing limitations with their subcontractors. However, Oyster was the sole facilitator and manager of my employment and should have resolved the matter internally. They acknowledged part of the PTO was valid — yet shifted responsibility between the client and local partners, ultimately leaving me without my earned compensation. This is unacceptable behavior for a company claiming to support remote talent ethically. I strongly advise any remote workers — especially those in regions where labor protections are stricter — to be cautious when dealing with Oyster. Transparency and accountability were severely lacking in my case.
