Beautiful silverware set! About to purchase a second set!! Love it! Fast shipping!

My Zen table lamp was exactly what I was looking for! I love soft lighting and this was perfect for my little house!

I gave a previous bad review. I guess I jumped the gun. The Zen Lamp that we ordered is beautiful. We had a major problem assembling it. It took about 4 hours with drilling refitting screws, etc. It was a disaster. Jorge (The Ozarke Team) reached out to me about the review. He told me that he understood the problem and the company would make it right. He did what he said he would do. He was very professional and concerned. We received a replacement and it took about 4-1/2 minutes to assemble. Needless to say. I'm vey grateful that this company went beyond and stood behind the product. A big thank you to Jorge. Oh! The lamp is beautiful. Highly recommend the company and product.

My lamps shipped quickly and arrived faster than expected. They're beautiful and high-quality, and customer service was fantastic. One of the glass globes had broken during transit, but I was able to reach CS immediately and they sent a replacement globe right away.

Nice design. First order the shade was crushed due to inadequate packaging. Unable to assemble. Screws too short/countersink too shallow in 2 of 3 legs. But Wait!!! There’s More!!!! Ozarke customer service reached out (I received a call from an actual person!) who sent a replacement at no charge. Update October 19, 2026 The replacement arrived undamaged and the parts fit properly. Excellent customer service and quality the 2nd time around.
