This is my third purchase with Ozone Billiards. It comes down to trust. You get what they say you are going to get and they stand behind their product.

Received my engraved cue sticks in such a timely manner! However, one of the cue stick has a knick in it. It is so small right now, but I can definitely feel it while playing because it’s on the shaft. I have a feeling that little knick will turn into a bigger problem as time goes on.

I got a few cues. All where nice. I decided to keep one, and sent the others back. Still waiting to get confirmation on the three returns. The cue I decided to keep warped after a couple dyas of use. I'll send a video soon. This is sad, because I loved the cue! Will you send me a new one? Maybe this was a fluke?

Everything came in good condition no scratches.
