These guys are great! Great communication and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Peter is awesome! Deliver the watch overnight. The quality of the service is definitely worth of 5 stars

Made direct contact with Pacific Bay Watch and clarified all my questions. Once I placed the order, the package with the watch arrived as planned in top condition.

Good service

Great professional experience dealing with this company.

Speedometer Bangle bracelet was delivered to the local Philippines post office in ten days time, well packaged and in excellent condition. Before purchasing I researched several companies on the internet with prices ranging from $7.50 to $295 dollars. The cheaper ones were the Chinese knock-offs, but I wanted the authentic official one made in Italy. Item is beautiful as advertised and is a great accessory to the Rolex GMT Master II "Coke" watch. Customer service kept in contact advising me of the status of the delivery. Thank you.

Order a IWC portofino IW356502 watch, which is listed as $3600. The next day my order got canceled right away with "unforseen circumstances". I check it again, it is listed as $4150. If you can not keep a listed price right, there will be some trust issue. They respond the review saying the watch is sold long ago. However, I proceed to pay for the watch fine and even got the confirmation. I have the confirmation email, however, I can not post picture here. It is your loss that the transaction failed. I will just buy the watch from another company. In this situation, we both did not lose anything. It is ok to just admit there is a mistake. But stop covering up with lies.

I tried to secure another purchase from them but they kept cancelling my offer without giving me their counter-offer
