Members have access to meeting rooms, coworking areas, business lounges, gig internet, phone answering services, and admin support under a Workplace-as-a-Service model. PAC centers are located in Northern California and Nevada. All 17 locations are operated by PBC Management LLC under the Pacific Workplaces and NextSpace brands.

My firm had a deposition at the J Street location and it was great. The manager, Ashley was a tremendous help for all of our many needs. They internet connection was fast and our zoom call went off without a hitch. Going forward we are going to be booking the boardroom regularly.

Thank you for your feedback and we sincerely regret that you are unhappy with our services. Since you signed-up for our Virtual Office Mail Plan, we do require completion of the CMRA (Certified Mail Receiving Agent) form along with accompanying identification in order for mail to be accepted on your behalf. Without the form completed, the virtual office cannot be set-up. We tried contacting you via email to complete the set-up process, but never heard back. Since you've stated you would like a refund, we will be sending you an email and processing a full refund to the same credit card you used during purchase. We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback. We are constantly working to refine our processes so that we can better serve our members in the future.
