The staff is incredible and supportive to helping everyone. The office culture is welcoming and there are lots of opportunities to get to know others on the floor.

NextSpace Santa Cruz is my work home away from home. It's my work community. It's safe, comfortable, supportive, consistent, and very important to me. Maya and Jennifer (and Jeremy and Iris and others before) nurture this.

Hi Sara. How you feel about NsSC comes as no surprise. It's truly a special place. Often imitated, but never duplicated! It's members like you along with the wonderful NextSpace team that makes this space so special. You guys are legends! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts.

Great place to have an office. Bryan and his team make everyday special from the way they treat our clients to the fun interactive events they host each month. The diverse companies on our floor have led to an increase in our business and we are more than happy to encourage our clients to meet the other companies on our floor.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have watered my plants when I am on vacation. The Internet is slow at times. The $95/mo rental fee for furniture should stop after you paid for the furniture. I more than paid for the cost of the furniture in the three years and seven months that I have been paying rent.

Slow internet is not good, so please let our staff know if this problem persists so we can escalate the isssue with our IT Department. Furniture costs are normally part of the monthly bundled service package and the furniture rent wouldn't be deducted since it's part of the bundled plan which usually includes inherent discounts. However, depending on how your services are structured, you should bring this up to your onsite community manager if you have additional questions. We thank you so much for your honest feedback.

Not just a great place to run your business, but a great community that’s supportive and helpful when you need it. I would recommend nextspace to anyone who is tired of working out of their home or needs an office space to expand into!

Hi Joe! Yes, we agree working alone sucks! We're so glad you choose to work at NextSpace. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and feedback.
