I ordered a care package and spent quite a bit of money on the package. The tracking number was invalid, and when I called to check on the tracking, I got a voicemail and nobody called me back.

Shipping of this has been a nightmare. From long processing times to the package being redirected to a FEDEX office with no way to change who is picking up. Makes it hard to have package picked up when it is a care package for a hospital patient.

Will Use Again! My sister wanted a care package while away at school. I found most of her favorite products online but please restock the sold out items quickly!
