Hello Ronald, Thank you for leaving your feedback. We would like to clarify that, while Packdraw does work with sponsored partners and content creators as part of our marketing activities, sponsored participation represents only a portion of the activity on our platform and should not be interpreted as representative of our overall customer base. The majority of activity on Packdraw comes from our customers using the platform independently. Sponsored partnerships are promotional in nature and do not change how the platform or its products operate for our customers. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this distinction.

Hi Jay, We understand that outcomes can be frustrating at times. However, please keep in mind that PackDraw is an e-commerce platform, and therefore the concept of a ''RTP'' does not apply to our business model. As we always emphasize, PackDraw provides full transparency before you use the platform. The available items, their values, and their respective drop probabilities are displayed before opening a Pack, allowing you to review the available information beforehand. We also provide a detailed explanation of how our Provably Fair system works here: https://packdraw.com/en/fairness We appreciate your feedback and encourage everyone to use our platform thoughtfully and in a way that works best for them. We'll keep working to improve our user's experience. PackDraw Team

Hi Ckay, Thank you for being a long-time member of our community over the years and for taking the time to share such detailed, constructive feedback. We genuinely appreciate your compliments regarding our support team, smooth interface, fast transactions, and level rewards! We understand how frustrating prolonged losing streaks can feel. However, we want to reassure you and our community that every single item drop and battle outcome on PackDraw operates strictly on a verified Provably Fair system. Outcomes are entirely random, transparent, and cannot be altered or manipulated by our team, creator activity, or individual accounts. Because top-tier pulls are based on random chance, luck fluctuates, and it can sometimes feel like certain users hit hot streaks—but every player on our platform has the exact same odds. We also deeply appreciate your reminder about setting budget limits. We strongly advocate for mindful purchasing and encourage all customers to set clear spending boundaries. Thank you again for your years with us. If you ever want to review seed verifications or discuss your account experience, our 24/7 support team is always here for you!

Hi Robert, thanks for leaving your review! We’re sorry to hear the redemption process has taken longer than expected. Debit redemptions do require verification first, but if you are still waiting days after that, we want to get this looked at for you as quickly as possible. Please share your PackDraw username and redemption details here, or send them to our 24/7 live support team, including the amount and when you submitted the redemption, so we can help get this sorted out ASAP. Thanks, Team PackDraw
