Not having to worry about the planning and coordinating the whole itinerary, it was worry free. I loved the fact that some of the days were open for my friend and I to be able to coordinate any other attractions we wanted to add.

From start to finish our trip was fantastic! Very professional staff. Our questions were answered quickly. They were very generous to refund some of our travel budget because they didn’t want to spend our money frivolously! 10/10 would recommend using them for a surprise adventure. They have gained repeat customers from our group!

Hands down one of the best trips I’ve been on recently. The anticipation of opening the envelope to reveal the destination was like childhood Christmas morning level of excitement. All the preplanned activities and recommendations were SO spot on to the kind of trip and vibe I was wanting as well. So fun and adventurous but also so relaxing when I wanted it. I’ll definitely be a customer as long as Pack Up + Go are in business. Side note - also a very trustworthy business. They refunded me like $240 because I gave them too much budget and they wanted to make sure I had a little “unplanned” time to explore on my own. They could have totally kept that and I would have never known!

We have taken two surprise trips with pack and go. Both trips were to destinations. We would never would’ve chosen, and we had a great time at both of them.

We loved our Pack up and Go Trip. Everything from the moment we booked through reminiscing about the trip brings excitement. The suspense of not knowing where we would be going until the day of was almost as fun as the trip. During the trip it was amazing to have reservations made, tickets already bought, and a LONG list of recommendations tailored specifically to us. We can't wait to go on our next one!

Pack up + go was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary! We didn't have the stress of planning or scheduling we just put in when we wanted to go, filled out a survey of likes and dislikes and showed up at the airport. We were able to see family and friends while we were on our trip, it was perfect! I do recomend using that "other things you would like us to know" box to state preferences in hotel ammenities (hot tub, breakfast etc). We enjoyed our experience and will be booking another trip soon!

We just returned from our first Pack Up + Go vacation. We had a great time. It wasn't perfect, but it was a lot of fun. Here are the pros and cons (without giving the surprise away)... Pros: The responsiveness of the team was amazing. Any text or email was immediately responded to. We really felt the team was there along the way. We only had a 3-day (2-night) trip planned, and the location was about 2 hours away, but somewhere we've never been before; so it was great to have this selected. The hotel was in a great location and everything was within walking distance. There were some major airline delays, and the PU+G team kept us in the loop along the way, and rebooked activities as needed. The activities they booked were great. The restaurant reservations worked well. Cons: Not knowing where we were going, and the airline delays made things a tad bit unnerving. Perhaps we should have opened the envelope a few days earlier so we had some idea of what to expect (maybe it would have helped with the planning, but we wanted the surprise). If we do this again, I think we'll open the envelope a day or two ahead of time. There were a few gaps in our schedule, with a long list of recommended activities and dining locations and some must-see options. I would have preferred a much smaller, more curated list. Choosing from a huge list (when we have no ability to research) is where we struggle most as a couple, and what we were hoping to avoid with PU+G. I think it's a fine line for the PU+G team to balance overbooking and under-booking. I've seen other reviews that had a budget of $3,500 for a 7 day trip and were disappointed that their days weren't full of booked activities. However, in my situation, I had a $5,000 budget for a 2-night trip and they returned $1,500 back to us. I would have preferred some of this amount be put towards more activities (two months before the trip, I had written to the agency to let them know that I would prefer the keep up booked with activities rather than a list.). Summary... it was a great trip and experience. Great hotel location and the scheduled events were spot on. And the team was amazing. I just wish they packed a few more events into the schedule (or provided an "option A or option B" if we were to choose our own adventure). In retrospect, while the surprise was fun, we would have been better suited to have opened the packet a few days early to better fill in the gaps.
