Pack Up + GoReviews of packupgo.com

The hotel accommodations were extremely nice and in the perfect location in the heart of Chicago. We loved our Starbucks experience and all of the restaurant reservations were spectacular.

This was my second trip with Pack Up + Go, and I think it was even better than my first! I am a solo traveler, and Pack Up + Go took away the stress and anxiety of going somewhere new by myself. The activities planned were perfect for me, the recommendations were excellent, and there was enough downtime for me to stumble across some great places to explore on my own. In the age of AI and algorithms, I can confidently say that it’s clear that this trip was planned by actual humans. They asked me for feedback about my first trip, took it into account for my second, and I couldn’t be happier. It was so great to visit Philly! Already saving up for the next trip! Thank you!

They are responsive when you reach out with an issue and resolve it quickly. Their communication about the process after booking was consistent and reassuring. They make the booking process easy and the itinerary easy to follow too.

We really enjoyed our surprise trip to Colorado Springs, CO. The scheduled German birthday dinner was unique and delicious. The cog rail trip to Pike’s Peak was informative and enjoyable, and the view from the front seats was amazing! Our History and Food Tour was really interesting, and very tasty. We found several adventures from the recommendation list provided. Our personal research found the Garden of the Gods e-bike adventure which was a great addition. We plan to use Pack Up + Go again.

Had a wonderful time. Got to look at some beautiful homes. Lots of information about the surrounding area through the guides = very informative, likeable people. Lots of activities. Loved the restaurants but we canceled some of the dinners due to times booked. Husband couldn't shake work schedule wakeup time. Beautiful drive as well. One draw back was the nightly planes over head.

I was SO excited for our pack up and go anniversary trip! It was our 10 year wedding anniversary. While the flight and location was absolutely wonderful, the rental car was extremely disappointing as was the activities planned. We were booked a Kia rio (which was TINY) and was suppose to put 2 kayaks on top which was just impossible and no way would even remotely fit inside. We had to upgrade our car to an SUV which cost SO much money. We almost needed to have the suv based on location, going up mountakns etc. Once the kayaks were loaded we then had to find a place to kayak, unload it all, put them in the water and then do it all again to take back and make sure everything was strapped down. It was ALOT of work to do! We were suppose to have a 2 seater kayaks and that was just not going to work for us, we always kayak in our own. A 2 seater kayak is more prone to tip. Thankfully the man working at the shop didn't charge us extra to switch to our own. All the main roads we took daily were toll roads so we had to pay $15/day for that. Everything kept adding on more and more. And we had to buy insurance on the rental car incase anything happened. There were tons of "hidden fees" for rental. The restaurants were "ok". Nothing that was "omg that was so good". The hiking tour we could not make in time which was a bummer. Now, the hotel. It looked amazing online but when we got there it was kinda in a not so great part of town, homeless people right outside the back of the hotel sitting and wondering around. The bed in the hotel was on the floor so everytime you wanted to go lay down or go to bed you had to step up on a platform and to get down it honestly hurt my knees. The room was also TINY! It made me feel really enclosed and I did not like that at all. Overall the only plus to Colorado Springs was the beautiful scenery. I myself booked us a train ride up to Pikes Peak and a gondola ride up to a mountain, which obviously came out of pocket right then and there but to enjoy our trip I had to find extra stuff to do. Honestly, would not book again, just feel it was a rip off.

One of my best trips ever. Loved the surprise element of it!

The team at Pack Up & Go crafted a wonderful surprise trip for me, clearly taking the time to review the information I gave them, and creatively came up with a fabulous hotel, delightful activities, and really great suggestions for dining and entertainment. I had a terrific time!
