Thank goodness for Paidviewpoint! It's been very helpful to supplement my SSI. That extra $30-45 a month helps pay a credit card bill, or take a friend out to lunch. I'll stick with them. I enjoy the surveys while I'm relaxing watching TV in the afternoons.

I can never cash out. In all the years I've been with them. When logging in, no issues. But whenever I try to verify my phone, I never get the verification. I have done all the troubleshooting including re add my phone. All they keep telling me is they don't see me asking for it. Not a fan at all. Got money in there that I can't touch. Not worth the hassle. Can really pin the date it's ongoing.

I can no longer recommend this site. The one star reviews on here are recent , reflective of the down slide this site has drastically taken. It went from one of the best to now not being worth your time. I took my last ten cents Survey with them.

Hi Gordon. We don't guarantee any specific schedule for surveys, as it is based entirely on what our clients order and if you match the demographic they're researching. To maximize the number of surveys you see, we recommend you make sure that your notifications are turned on, your demographics are filled out completely, and you are checking your dashboard throughout the day for surveys that aren't emailed out. If you would like further assistance, please open a support ticket through your dashboard so our support team can take a look at your account to see if there is a different issue.

they are still sending me surveys but when i tried to cash out they won't accept my log-in credentials. i tried the change password and they say they will send a link to my email but it never arrives. They are trying to sign me to a new account and rip me off what i earned. FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR site. Stay away. I am reporting them. This is the 2nd time e they have ripped me off.

We’re sorry you’re having trouble getting into your account. Your earnings stay with your original account, and PaidViewpoint does not take them away. If the password reset email isn’t arriving, please check your spam folder and make sure you’re using the email address you registered with. If it still doesn’t come through, email [email protected] and our team will help you regain access. If email issues keep you out of your original account, we can transfer the earnings from the old account to a new one. That is standard procedure for these situations and not an attempt to take what you’ve earned.

I understand there are people out there who try to violate rules or make multiple accounts, but I am not one of them. Paid Viewpoint keeps treating me like I'm doing something wrong when I'm not. Their system locked me out of my first account for no reason. When I tried to log back in, I accidentally clicked the wrong Gmail and it created another account. I tried to explain this to them, but I didn't get any real help. Then it happened again - locked out, no warning, no email, nothing. I feel like they assume I'm trying to collect money from different accounts, but the system doesn't even let you do that. Their platform is the one creating the problem, not me. I even lost money because they closed my account before I could cash out my $6. These surveys actually help me financially, so being treated like I'm violating something is upsetting and unfair. Paid Viewpoint pays decent money, but the way they lock people out and assume the worst is wrong. They need to fix their system and stop punishing honest users.

Hi Lina, We're sorry you feel treated unfairly. Our records show that your first account was closed by you, not by us. Several more accounts were opened after that for a total of 6 accounts, and you had already been warned that additional accounts would lead to all accounts being banned and rewards forfeited. We apply that policy the same way for every member. Our support team has sent you a full explanation by email.

As I previously stated, it is highly suspicious that as soon as my account balance reached €14.93, just €0.07 short of the €15 minimum withdrawal threshold, surveys suddenly stopped being made available to me. This situation raises serious concerns about the fairness and transparency of your platform. For a long period, surveys were available on a regular basis, yet the moment I was close to reaching the payment threshold, they completely disappeared. From a customer's perspective, this strongly suggests bad faith and creates the impression that your system is deliberately designed to prevent users from reaching the payout level. Such practices can only be viewed as misleading and deceptive. I therefore request a clear explanation for why no surveys have been available since my balance reached €14.93 and why I have effectively been prevented from earning the small remaining amount needed to qualify for payment. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

Hi António, We’re sorry to see this, but we stand by how your account was handled. Survey availability depends on account standing, not on your balance. Logins from outside your registered location go against our Terms of Service and affect your standing, which in turn limits the surveys you receive. We explained that to you multiple times through your support ticket and by email, and it was not an attempt to keep you from reaching the payout threshold. PaidViewpoint has paid out millions to members since 2012, and location verification exists to keep the platform fair for everyone, including the clients who commission our surveys.
