I ordered a painting last year and was not able to complete it due to some personal reasons. When I started it again recently, I found out that the colors are dried I emailed the customer care and they were very quick to deliver the required colors. I want to thank Abhi for good customer support.

The thing that I like the about Paintingscart is their customer support. I like the way they solved my order issue and sent me the colors again for my paint by numbers order. Canvas quality is very good. I also bought extra brushes for painting.

Eigenlijk ben ik per ongeluk bij jullie terecht gekomen door een slechte ervaring met Diamond Painting Wereld. Toen ik dat bedrijf aanschreef (email) kwam ik, net als meer mensen, bij jullie uit. Een jongeman, genaamd Abhishek, legde van alles uit, met als resultaat dat ik een painting bij jullie besteld heb. Prima begeleiding. Painting is net aangekomen, dus ik moet hem nog maken, maar heb er vertrouwen in.

Customer support is very supportive, I bought a paint by numbers kit from paintingscart and the kit was delivered quickly. I started painting after 2 months of receiving the kit, and quicky found out that some of the colors are dried out, although this was my mistake but I contacted their customer support and they sent me a new colors kit without any extra cost. This was the first time any company did this for me, it was like magic. I recommend paintingscart.
