I ordered a hat for my father in law. The product was very nice. He was very happy with it. I contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond and answered my question.

We bought three of your T-shirts to for My Son and one for me he has Apache Indian in him. I love them they’re very good quality they wash very well they don’t wrinkle they’re one of the best T-shirts that we have bought off-line we were very pleased with them they fit us like we wanted them too they weren’t too tight they were made from a very good cotton we love them like I said we order off-line all the time and these are the best T-shirts we’ve ever got they’re thick they’re not cheaply made you sell a very good product and we will continue to buy thank you so much we give you five stars we couldn’t ask for anything better we’ve ordered other things and we’ve got thin shirts that already have holes there designs already coming off not these we have washed these and dried these in a hot dryer they’re not wrinkled we love them thank you very much we will continue to buy your product and we just keep seeing more the shirts we like so thank you we’re very pleased

Product made well. Customer service sucks! Making excuse on an item that is a general item. Hygiene as an excuse to not take an item back. The picture displayed is deceiving. I would have been willing to order a lot bigger sized item if you would have would have been willing to take too small item back. But your thinking of business is also too small. This is why Amazon will crush small businesses like yours that don’t care about good customer service. Also super slow delivery service. Super slow!!! I recommend finding a company that will back up the customer.

If the stars on the background flag would have been more white and blue just in the picture where it's on the website for the vendor it would have been perfect but it's ok for now.
