I could not get my funds from my friend. I've talked to your rep. Several times and it still under review. I needed the money for medicine( post open heart surgery 20 days ago). And for Christmas. I deposited the funds into bitcoin for now and it was rejected bc the bank is holding my funds. I need my money. It's not a fraud or a romance scam. My friend called your rep and was very upset with the bank. He tried to apologize but no answer on call back. Please get me my funds( $9800). Thank you.

I called to get information on getting a loan as a fellow. The initial reception of my call was polite, pleasant, and empathetic. I gave my information and I was told to expect an email back regarding my request. I got an email from a banker, Ms. Novak, who asked me for a time to meet. I replied with a date, time (the next day), and a confirmation was made. Despite multiple phone calls on the day of the appointment, no one picked up. I left a message and an email. I’m pending a reply. I had to schedule time to leave clinic and I spent the whole time calling without an answer (30min before I quit). To be quite honest, I am concerned about making another appointment that may not honored and this could get me in trouble. I hope complaining here does not affect my loan request being treated fairly if I decide to apply. Lastly, it also makes me question everything I hear about panacea. To be clear, I’m not trying to get anyone fired, but it was quite an inconvenience that I think a complaint here is warranted (unless it was due to an emergency, of course). I mean all us doctors/trainees would have a strict reprimand or be fired for not showing up to a patients scheduled visit.
