Working with Panda Publishing was a wonderful experience! This book was a dream come true:a children's book. They made it an easy process. Daniel was my project manager. He was professional, easy to work with, in constant contact, and did not complain about changes to the illustrations. This is the third publishing company I have worked with. I first met Rick Castle and he explained in detail what the team could do for me both verbally and with documentation. Then Austin McClaren took over the publishing process step by step and he was always polite and patient with me since I was new to the process. The quality of the illustrations was amazing. Once the team members understood my goals and specific needs, they were responsive and got the job done. Overall I am satisfied with the help and suggestions made by the two main contact people: Rick Castle and Austin McLaren. Sometimes there was a delay in response or action, but I understand that the staff is probably very busy and have to prioritize workflow.

Good, clear, and professional communication throughout the editing process while working with both Mr. Austin McLaren and Mr. Rick Castle. When there were issues the manuscript edits, they were quick to work at resolving the issues and helping move things forward.

Daniel Montoya did a great job with my website and the various illustrations designed to stimulate interest in the book series. He was patient with my sometimes picky requests. His response time was great - he always got back to me right away to confirm my message etc. Overall, I highly recommend working with Daniel.
