My Exerpuetic 440XL treadmill was automatically set to the maximum speed when I increase the speed gradually, which is dangerous for older people. I contacted Paradigm, shown them a video of what happened and they determined I need to replace the electronic console, too bad my unit was out of warranty and need to purchase the parts. They shipped out quickly and it was easy to replace, and now the treadmill is working like it used to again.

After the initial computer shorted out due to too long of a mounting screw, we needed to purchase a new computer. The website had computers but they were the wrong connections. Support was able to ship me out the correct computer and now the treadmill is working perfectly. Only four star because the original short was due to a design flaw that should have been covered.

The rollers on our rowing machine were wore out and Paradigm Health & Wellness was very easy to deal with. My only complaint is that the rower was bought in Canada (Costco) and their shipping company doesn't ship to Canada. Paradigm got back to me right away and said they would ship it at our cost of course. All good though. Got the rollers in less than a week and they look better built than the originals. Shout out to Marial H. She was amazing to deal with. I never give a perfect review but she would get a 5 out 5 if I could. Thanks guys.
