Thank you, David. We couldn't have done it without your help. Getting these flights wheels up in a short time depends a lot on how responsive the client is, so credit to you and your team as well. Glad that together we were able to get your client to where they needed to be in a short time. Sincerely, Paramount Business Jets Team

Eugene
they had to change planes in route - not a bad deal because we required a fuel stop. While the exchange went well they failed to let our staff know and therefore they had no idea which aircraft to meet once it did land. If I could have I would have rated a four, but the description was too high.
Reply from Paramount Business JetsMay 18, 2018
Dear Eugene, We apologize for the delay in communication. As brokers, we don't have operational control of the flight. In this case, the aircraft operator only informed us after the flight was completed, that they had to switch aircraft at the fuel stop. Therefore we were unable to inform your staff in time. Although we insist on all operators keeping us posted on any changes as they happen, we have to depend on them to do that. We will discuss this internally and find ways to improve our communications with the operator to avoid this type of scenario in the future. Sincerely, Paramount Business Jets Team
