Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

I've made a first purchase on Parentgiving and couldn't have asked for anything easier. The price was better than anywhere else I found online and the site was very easy to use. Everything arrived very quickly and in excellent order.

The cane I selected was not sturdy. The height was good but when I used it it will build so badly that I can’t use it. I just threw it out. I don’t know what was wrong with it but it was just so wobbly that I couldn’t use it.

We're sorry the product was not as helpful as you had hoped. I wish you would have contacted our Customer Care Team to assist in returning it. I credited your Rewards Points account with 3069 points, a dollar value of $30.69, the full purchase price. You can redeem them like cash on a future order. If you'd like help selecting another cane, we're here to help Mon-Thurs 9 AM ET - 8 PM ET and until 5 PM ET on Fri at 888-746-2107. Thank you.

Was not aware of soy, lecticen in the drink formula, cant take that! Is there another formula without it? If no will not buy again. Other than that good customer service.

I called Abbott Labs, the makers of Ensure, and the agent confirmed that all of the Ensure products contain soy lecithin. If you can confirm what type of product you're looking for I can check to see if it is available in a Boost, Glucerna or Kate Farms product. Those are the other brands of nutritional products we offer. You can email me directly at [email protected]. Thank you.
