ParentgivingReviews of parentgiving.com

Great telephone and online service! Also a speedy delivery. The manual accompanying the scooter, however, was terrible! Never really describes how to assemble scooter And how to disassemble and reassemble. The whole manual Needs work.

I have no problem with auto orders. They called when shipping was changed.

Colleen was great to work with and very knowledgeable about our problem and how to solve it.

Received merchandise sooner than expected!

Received what I expected and it was great. The product was shipped and received when promised. Great experience.

this walker with a seat and wheels is great. We had a rollator that was too short. He can now walk standing straight and we do not have too worry that it will not support his 300+ lb frame.

My experiences with Parentgiving have been outstanding or, if you prefer, exceptional! Its customer service department is top-notch! The customer service personnel are always helpful, patient, thoughtful, considerate, and professional. If every company adhered to such an exceptional customer-friendly philosophy and in-place policy that Parentgiving has and adheres to, the consumer-business relationship would be exponentially enhanced.

This company will go out of their way for a customer. Their products are of excellent quality and have made a huge difference in my fathers quality of life. The Unique Wellness undergarments are the best things ever made for incontinence.
