My flight to London was cancelled at midnight. Was very depressed. Still got a van to reach my car and drove home. Contacted the customer service in the morning and the prepaid parking fee was quickly refunded.

We booked our parking code s9JhUR8mSm on August 23, 2022, and on September 19, 2022, MY BANK informed me of a "Refund", so I sent an email to parkingaccess.com. On September 20, 2022, they simply responded that THEY CANCELED our parking. No reason, no advice. WHAT A SERVICE!!!

We are very sorry about not communicating this better, however, the pricing with the parking lot and our website were not correct and you should have received a call to rebook with another provider.

We used Globe Parking to get us to the airport and picked us up when we returned at 1am. Very nice and we didn't have a wait going. Coming home we had to wait for additional passengers but it wasn't too long. I will definitely use them again.
