Issue with Missing Installation Compound and Resulting Delays. I was trying to resolve this issue because when you purchase a part, you expect a reliable company that understands the urgency of keeping equipment running. We have customers depending on us, and they do not understand delays caused by shipping issues or missing components. These situations make it very difficult to complete the job efficiently and keep equipment operating properly. I purchased the heating element from your company. Typically, this type of element comes with the required installation compound, as it is essential for proper installation—not an optional item that should be purchased separately. However, I only received the element via standard ground shipping. After submitting a claim, your company sent a different compound that was not correct. During this time, I was dealing with constant pressure from my customer, who needed the equipment running. As a result, I had to purchase the correct compound from another supplier at an additional cost. In the end, I was informed that PartsFe does not carry the correct compound. At this point, the element is installed and the machine is running, but the customer is dissatisfied and may choose not to call me again in the future. While I can absorb an extra $200–$300 for the compound, the real issue is the impact on my customer relationship. Losing even one customer means lost business for me. I hope you understand the importance of providing complete and accurate parts for installation, especially in time-sensitive situations like this.
