Didn't find the course helpful and constantly ran into road blocks with implementation. I asked plenty of questions in the discord. I didn't get a lot of answers. Coaching calls helped a little. Asked for a refund 4 months in and was told I needed to wait the entire 6 months. At the end of the 6 months they still refused.

It's Jordan Mackey the owner of Passive Channels here. I made a video showing Ian's journey in our program and disputing some of the things he said: Copy and paste this into your browser: https://vimeo.com/1214469643/3dad82d27c?share=copy&fl=sv&fe=ci For those of you who don't want to watch the video, here's the main points: 1) We enroll 40 - 50 clients a month and have only had 2 bad reviews ever, with the first occurring 3 years ago. This is our first bad review in 3 years (which I'm very proud of) This client, Ian, actually offered to give us a GOOD REVIEW in exchange for a refund. I declined because he didn't meet the refund requirements so he chose to leave us a bad review instead in hopes that it would make me change my mind. Typically a real one star experience would deserve a one star review regardless. 2) We did not tell him he needed to "wait the entire 6 months" we simply told him he needed to finish the refund requirements that he agreed to before he joined. We read this to him on the Zoom before he joined (because I require my team to read this off to every prospective client instead of just hiding it in the contract because I'm super up-front) and it was also in his contract. The requirements were as follows: a) Post 50 videos to your channel within 6 months (I have actually LOWERED this since Ian joined to make this even easier for you all to reach) b) Do 5 coaching calls within 6 months (easy to do since you can do them daily) c) Request a refund WITHIN 6 months So that is false. We didn't ask him to wait 6 months, we asked him to finish the requirements he agreed to before he joined. He only posted 18 videos and did 3 coaching calls in the entire 6 months that he was here. 3) He said he "constantly ran into road blocks." When he first joined we asked him to provide us the niche research document we give to every client in the course so we could thoroughly review it. We didn't hear from him for 3 whole months. When he finally did respond he said that he had trouble hiring a team and then gave up and went back to real estate. Once we heard that, we helped him hire a team in less than 2 weeks. This is literally the only road block he's EVER brought up to us (which you can see in the video I linked above.) We've helped thousands of clients with tons of road blocks, but we can't help a client who doesn't communicate with us at all. Then he started posting videos and actually got 4,000 views in his 4th video and 1,900 views in his 9th video. These are pretty good metrics for a brand new channel starting from scratch. 4) He said he asked plenty of question in Discord and didn't get a lot of answers. In the video I linked above I show all the answers we gave. Beyond that, he did 3 one-on-one Zoom coaching calls at 45 minutes a piece. He could have done one daily if he wanted to, but just chose not to communicate with us instead. Twice in his Discord he stated that his metrics had improved after talking with the coaches on the coaching calls. This proves that they were beneficial, it's just that he only chose to do that 3 times in the span of an entire 6 months. This client asked for a refund after 3 months without posting a single video because he realized he wasn't using the program or putting in any effort. It costs me a lot of money to enroll a client and unfortunately I'm not willing to lose money giving people free information. He then offered a GOOD REVIEW and said he appreciated the coaches help, but once I declined he left a bad review instead in hopes that I'd refund him if he did. I'm a very up front person, I will always hold up my end of every agreement I make and all I ask is that whoever joins us does the same because I'm putting up my own personal money every time I enroll a client and I expect any client to hold up to their end of their agreement when I'm putting my own personal money on the line to help you.
