The service was provided faster than I was expecting. They were able to send me a proof within 24 hours and I was able to talk to a real person before the patches were made and shipped.

Patches were very professional looking. Actually better than I expected, since I went with the lowest cost patch.

I got my quote quickly. I wanted the original quote I got tweaked a little and customer service representative I spoke with was totally awesome and very responsive. The patches I ordered came in very quickly after I placed my order. And the quality was MAGNIFICENT!!! I am very happy.

Anyone who uses the term "Total Badassery" in reference to patches is ok in our book. Thank you for the feedback, Alison!

The order experience was easy, the patches came, they looked great. The only slight gap was communication post order (they responded when I reached out), but really, I am very happy.
