The web site was easy to use. They did a fantastic job of communicating through the whole process from submission to delivery. Will definitely come back if we need more patches!

I requested a quote for 4"x4" patch and specifically indicated I was replacing an existing patch. I received a proof that had a different dimension. However, in addition to that smaller dimension, it also clearly said “This is a 4 inch patch” and incorrectly assumed this was the actual dimension of the patch (my assumption was that the other smaller dimension was the size of the artwork on the patch). After receiving patches that were smaller than I ordered, I was informed that the 4-inch patch note was to indicate the size I was being billed for. That, however, was not stated anywhere on the proof. I had specifically requested a 4”x4” patch why would they not send me a 4" patch? I absolutely incorrectly assumed that the other dimensions were for the logo. I cannot dispute that. However, I believe that Patches4Less also incorrectly assumed that I would know that “This is a 4 inch patch” indicated the billed size not the patch size and someone outside the industry would know that the size requested would not be delivered. If “This is a 4 inch patch” was not included on that proof, I would take full responsibility for the size delivered. However, I saw both and, since I had requested 4”x4” and no one had mentioned at any point previous that I would not be getting a 4”x4” patch, I did not see any reason I would not be getting a 4”x4” patch. PatchesforLess has been completely unwilling to take any responsibility for this or work with me on a reasonable replacement given the factors above. Make sure you read your proof extremely well and do not make any assumptions. PatchesforLess assumes that everyone ordering from their site is aware of the intricacies and nomenclature of the patch industry.

Hi Len, We appreciate your feedback! Our patch pricing is broken down in increments of 0.5". For example, a 2.3" design would be quoted at the 2.5" price since it's more than 2", and so on. This is an industry-standard practice you'll find on most, if not all, patch sites. The logo we received from you had slightly rectangular dimensions, and those are the sizes we used when determining the sizes of your patches. As such, your patches ended up being more rectangular, while still falling under the 4" pricing category. However, we do understand that sometimes this can be a little confusing. We're taking a look at some changes to our proofs that will make the dimensions of the patch more clear and easier to understand. We apologize for the mix-up with your patches, and we hope you'll consider working with us again in the future. Thank you again, -Mark

Took longer than expected and there was no way to check your order status online. Patches came out okay, but felt somewhat cheap. You get what you pay for which is decent but not great.

Hi qf, Thank you for your feedback! We're absolutely working on more ways to track your order once it's been placed. It's standard practice for us to let our customers know the turnaround time for their patches before placing their order, and we pride ourselves on meeting or exceeding that deadline. We hope we can work with you again in the future! Thank you again, -Mark
