Horrible customer service. Total thieves that will not refund even if it is there mistake. If you are even considering ordering from them I am begging you not to. One of the most unprofessional and fraudulent businesses I have ever worked with.

Great hats and T’s, Tim! As always, my experience has been a pleasure. Great customer service from the design and consultation to delivery! I’ll be using TJM for all my movie crew swag!

Not happy with product. The size of patch was not to size. For some reason they changed size of patch. Now it's too small. The patch looks great but has white thread in the black border. There are no color whites in the patch, only yellow and black. Why white? The price that was quoted was a great price. Now I know why. Very disappointed. I still haven't had a reply to my last email.

I was in a pinch and the Patches Team did a great job getting me my order quickly and cost effectively!

We are sorry to hear your experience was not a positive one. It is our policy to create no product for any demonstrations that turn violent, regardless of political or theological affiliation. This product was commemorating incidents that led to the Capitol Hill riot on January 6th, so this goes strictly against our policy. There is no need to attempt to get your money back, because as previously stated, your account was never charged and that should have been abundantly clear. We are sorry if it was not.
