Every person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I had a hard time making a decision and visited the store several times. Everyone from the manager to the delivery guys were great to deal with.

Just opened them and they fit perfectly. I priced these from several sources. Based on the price I was skeptical on the quality even though it was Sunbrella Fabric. Could not have been more wrong. Outstanding. I also put a lot of time in the measurements. This came with several iterations. I worked with Jeff at PatioHQ who patiently walked me through my several mistakes and changes. He quickly turned around additional quotes until it was where I needed. Can't thank you guys enough. Significant value for my dollar for a CUSTOM build in the face of other local vendors who were twice the price!

I first went to the store where I purchased this patio set about 15 years ago asking for a quote for replacement cushions. It was about double what I paid at PatioHQ. The cushions I got from PatioHQ are every bit as good as the original one.
