Since 2016, PatioHQ offers innovative products featuring quality craftsmanship to enhance our customers’ enjoyment of the outdoors. We think you will find the everyday prices on our website to be very competitive for high quality outdoor furniture and made in the USA cushions. We hear all the time that our prices are too good to be true, what’s the catch? There’s no catch, we don’t spend millions of dollars on marketing and we are online only which alleviates overhead costs, those savings are passed onto the customer. You may also customize individual pieces and furniture sets with our vast offering of beautiful, durable outdoor fabrics to truly make each piece your own.

Great cushions quickly made. Great customer service I needed 4 unique sizes for some outdoor chaise lounge chairs. They fit perfect with beautiful fabric and they are super comfortable. Thank you

While there were some issues with the delivery of the high back chairs (this was not PatioHQ’s fault), I must say their customer service was remarkable. In particular, Kenny was absolutely stellar in rectifying the situation. I would buy again with confidence in this company.

We initially contacted Patio HQ in May about new cushions. The company provides cushions for Northscape outdoor furniture. We should have been able to provide the name of the model we need new cushions. they had me measure the cushions, the wrong cushions were sent, a lot of confusion, it was Mid-September before we finally received the correct cushions, which we now have.
