I am not one to write a review but for PatioHQ I felt I had to. To start the customer service is exceptional. I reached out with a few questions and the response from Jeff was quick. I decided to go ahead and order my replacement cushions. Upon receiving my cushions I am beyond pleased with this product! They are better than I imagined! Hi Frederick, sorry about the time it took but we had to ship this from one of our alternate warehouses which is experiencing an unusual amount of demand. Customer service for my order was excellent and the shipping process was painless. The quality of the seat cushions is far greater than the cushions that originally came with my furniture. My seat cushions were expensive but being the furniture was in like-new condition replacing just the worn out original cushions was far cheaper than buying all new furniture. Being that I spent so much time measuring and re-measuring the cushion dimensions, I am thrilled in they being spot on compared to the original cushion dimensions.
