I had a heart attack a month after…

Updating my review because the company ultimately refunded both the unexpected auto-renewal charge and my original sign-up fee. I appreciate that they took the time to review my situation, make things right, and continue following up afterward. Their willingness to resolve the issue and provide additional resources is appreciated. That said, the overall experience was still frustrating. I suffered a heart attack shortly after signing up and was physically unable to use the service. Despite reaching out multiple times regarding the money-back guarantee, it took numerous emails, a bank dispute, and a public review before the matter was fully resolved. I am grateful for the final outcome and the professionalism shown once the issue received attention. However, I believe the process could have been handled much more efficiently and compassionately from the beginning, especially given the circumstances. For that reason, I am updating my review to reflect both the positive resolution and the challenges I experienced along the way.
