Ordering was easy, they sent emails telling me my ordered was processed and then when it shipped. I also received it in a timely manner. The necklace is very pretty and I’m excited to give it to my daughter in law for Christmas.

I also ordered one of the gift boxes, and wish I had ordered more of these!! After I received my beautiful necklaces, I went back and ordered the new bracelet that has recently been made available. The price was incredibly reasonable for a custom piece of jewelry. When it arrived I was anxious to see it. The necklace exceeded my expectations.
