Dogs, in general, may not like oils and hence reject it. The method of administration is critical here to avoid any digestive upsets. We really wish we had the opportunity to help turn it around for you. Your feedback is important and we take these matters very seriously. We understand the uniqueness of your situation and apologize for your frustration and for our delay in responding during this busiest time of the year. The truth is, we escalated your case when you requested it, and we could have responded faster.
