Concern was addressed in a timely manner considering it is online. I would like to see a better way to know where to go for the emergency option. It was confusing since it was grayed out on the home page and I did not understand the Protect meant the Emergency part of the app.

No long waiting times to chat with a vet and good to get basic advice needed without having to get an overpriced bill from an in person visit when you get an appointment fee, a sit in the lobby fee, an open the door to the exam room fee, a fee to turn on the light in said room, the vet fee, the exam fee, the say "Hi," fee to the vet, and then the exit fee to leave the vet's office fee.

Pawp is really great! My Vet from Pawp made me feel at ease. Megan the Vet was very knowledgeable about all the questions I had about my cat Gracie. She suggested different products to help Gracie. It is really a wonderful service. I would suggest everybody try the Pawp App. and Megan the Vet !
