Do NOT use PAWP! THEY ARE CROOKS!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I HAD CANCELED THE SAME DAY!!. I DID NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AT ALL!! MY DOG DIED FROM CANCER!! SO IM DEALING WITH THE LOSS OF MY LABRADOR RETRIEVER AND BEING SCREWED BY PAWP!! From April 1st 2025 to present!! DO NOT USE PAWP!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Wish I had looked into reviews for Pawp before I started paying for their emergency service. Their customer service is CRAP. You can't get a hold of a live person, and the "chat" is ridiculously slow to respond, if they ever do. They refused my claim for "missing documentation" but they didn't tell me WHAT was missing. So I'm in the chat right now, and "Tess" told me they'll submit my case to another department, which will get back to me in 4 business days--by then, my claim will have been rejected! I want my money refunded IMMEDIATELY.

Each time I called they have zero Advice except you should see a vet. Total waste of money! I thought this would be giving pet vet advice! But they are techs and know nothing!

They had my negative review removed so I'm writing it again. This company is a total scam....they roped me in several years ago when they were paying the vet bill upfront and then suddenly changed their business model and tried to prevent me from getting a refund. Stay away! You will waste your money and find it difficult to go with another company if your pet has been diagnosed with any conditions as they are considered pre-existing.

I was so relieved to have this coverage for my emergency visit for my cat over the weekend. I’ve been a Pawp member but never had to use the emergency coverage, thankfully. But when the time came, I did a quick online chat with a Pawp vet who advised my cat be seen immediately. After the ER visit I submitted the paperwork and medical records and literally 5 days later was approved for reimbursement. I will definitely be keeping this coverage.
