Pawp has been such a reassuring resource for me as a pet parent. Every time I’ve reached out, the veterinary professionals have been thorough, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to my concerns. It never feels rushed—they take the time to explain what may be going on, what warning signs to watch for, and what next steps make sense. What I appreciate most is being able to get trusted pet advice at any time of day. Knowing I can ask questions when something worries me helps me feel much more confident that my pets are in good hands. Pawp gives me peace of mind, especially when I’m not sure whether something can wait or needs more immediate attention. I’m very grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend Pawp to other pet parents.

Thorough, kind, and never rushed. Reading this, it's clear you've had exactly the kind of interactions we work hard to make the norm. The ability to get a real answer at 2am when something feels off matters, and we're glad that's come through. Your pets are lucky to have someone so attentive looking out for them.

Glad the recommendations hit the mark before your vet visit. That's exactly how we love being used: a solid first stop to help you feel prepared. Give your dog a pat from us!

⭐ **1-Star Review — Disappointing Experience** I signed up because I needed a same-day prescription for my dog. Instead of helping me obtain the prescription, I was told that an appointment was required, but I was not given a clear process or booking link to schedule one. The only response I received was an automated message stating that no appointments were available. When I contacted support, I was even told to go to the emergency room, despite this not being an emergency. The service experience was frustrating and misleading. If appointments are required, customers should be given a clear way to book them. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

Apologies for any confusion. Prescription visits are scheduled rather than on demand, so they aren't currently set up for urgent needs, which is likely where the disconnect happened. When something is time sensitive, we point pet parents toward a local clinic since an in-person exam goes beyond what telehealth can do and any medication needed can be dispensed on the spot. New appointment slots open up on a recurring basis and you can join the waitlist to get notified when new ones are available.

Pawp gives me so much peace of mind. Having 24/7 access to veterinary professionals is a game changer, and the service is always quick and helpful.

24/7 access that actually delivers, every time. That's not something every service can say, and we're glad it's shown up that way for you. Knowing your pets have that kind of coverage whenever something comes up is exactly why we do this.
