After I logged in I spoke with a vet almost immediately. She was extremely helpful and very prompt in her evaluation. Very happy I chose PAWP as my dogs insurance provider.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My dog stopped breathing while playing with our 6 month old puppy & tweaked a disk. The pain was so intense he lost his bowels while not breathing. I could not get a hold of Pawp online while on the phone with ER Vets. I was just denied my claim due to my hurt dog having an altercation with an aggresive animal....playing with my puppy & my older dog had intense disc pain. This company is awful & if I could tell everyone this, I would. And red flag - you can call customer service but you can speak to NO ONE about your claim - EVER!

In this particular case, the emergency fund does exclude same-household animal attacks. Hallie was amazing. Very quick response considering I reached out past midnight. She was patient, took the time to ask questions about my pet's condition, to Google conversion of how much chocolate per lb of weight is toxic etc. Hallie answered all my questions and helped me feel more assured. So far, we've only used Pawp as a step to help decide whether to take our pet to the vet first or try home remedies first. The professionals I have "talked" to ask clarifying questions and give some education on the condition and/or what might be causing it. So far, I've been able to avoid two costly trips to the vet's office.

Unfortunately, I had to use it with a puppy in an emergency. They worked with me and did not give me one problem with utilizing the fund. I am patiently waiting for my annual renewal, but the other amazing benefit is the on call vets! I've used that service several times as well and cannot say enough good things about PAWP! I recommend it to everyone. If you don't have regular pet insurance, or even if you do, this is an absolute MUST to have for your pets. It's affordable and easy to use. Thank you, PAWP for taking such good care of my pets! You rock!
